Jessica helped me switch my car insurance from Geico to State Farm. She is well informed about insurance, and was kind and patient. I can actually write that I enjoyed working with her -- something I never thought I'd experience when discussing insurance changes. I'm overjoyed to no longer be with Geico; I've spent too many hours on hold trying to talk to a human. A giant thank you to Jessica. I highly recommend her.
