Veronica was really attentive and sweet on the phone with me. She didn't hesitate to go ask questions when she didn't 100% know what something was. And she was vocal about any issues or holdups, so I know she was absolutely focused on me and doing everything she could. (Statefarm also gave me the best quote I've received so far for motorcycle insurance)
