If I could give more stars I most definitely would. Miss.Katie was ontop of anything I asked, very knowledgeable she was by the far the best insurance phone call I've ever had. She made it easy to understand and I had my quote and policy within minutes literally. Top tier service and it didn't at all feel like I am going to be just a policy number (which i am) but the lady's I talked to made it feel as if im not. State Farm should be honored to have them on their side.

She was very pleasant and helpful in my process. You should be thankful to have her on your staff.
